Every class must to start with a good warm-up and streatching class.
It's essential for our high performance at class.
Also our body needs to get ready to be able to make the capoeira movements .
We will make a range strenght exercices to built your muscles and adapt your body to our hardcore routine.
So don't be late, be there on time because.. we will not repeat the session.
