Up game class.
Armada frente e de costas,queixada,bencao e chapa.
Class starts with all group practicing single movements with respective answers.
It will be demonstrating some different options to deal with the situations.
Then we will set the group in couples to training these movements in sequences.
Couples will swap till the end of class.
