WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Initially trainers, stretchy comfortable trousers and a t-shirt however once you decide to join in regularly there is a Capoeira uniform.
This includes the group Palmares T-shirt and stretchy trouser from Salvador Bahia, Brazil. When you graduate you will receive your cordel according to your level.
It can be useful to have a ground matt for the warm up sessions and a towel and a bottle of water.

Capoeira is a workout with a very unique character and style...
We will show you the moves and you create your own style!
That is why it is so much fun!
